Now the women, those poor saps were forced into only being waitresses where no males dared go. Granted they got to keep 80% of the tips with 20% going into the pool for us males bussing and in the kitchen, but their hourly rate was less than half of ours, so we showed them! At least we're no longer in those misogynistic days and they've moved up to 80%.
